  • Can I change/cancel my order?
    We work with a logistics partner to fulfill your online orders, which means that we will try our best to cancel or make changes to your order, however there is no guarantee. So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example: RS123456 - Cancel Order RS123456 - Address Change Please email us at info@rainbowsoulcandleco.com and we will let you know if changes or cancellations can be made. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Can I send my order as a gift?
    Yes! Rainbow Soul products make perfect gifts for any occasion. Invoices are not included in orders, so gift recipients will not see the price of the order. We also have options to include a printed gift message in your order at checkout.
  • Where can I buy Rainbow Soul products in my area?
    We'd love to see you! However, Rainbow Soul is an online store without a traditional storefront. We have Scent Shots for the Every Day Collection which includes a sample of all 8 available fragrances.
  • Do you offer wholesale opportunities or reduced pricing for bulk orders?

  • Does Rainbow Soul offer AfterPay?

  • Do you offer gift cards?
    We know that finding the perfect scent can be a personal experience, that's why we created the Rainbow Soul Candle Co. gift card! Let your loved one pick their favorite Rainbow Soul fragrance in our soy candles, wax melts, aromatic mists, and more. Here’s how our gift cards work: gift cards are delivered by email after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical gift cards. If you'd like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours. Or feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the gift card afterwards. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75 and $100 increments only and there are no additional processing fees. Gift cards are available to use at rainbowsoulcandleco.com only. Not available at local events or pop-up shop locations. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, but they do not expire!
  • Do you offer subscriptions?
    We're here for your fragrance needs! To start your subscription, search the Rainbow Soul product you’d like to subscribe to, select “Subscribe”, choose how often you’d like to receive it, then checkout as usual. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your next shipment and will also receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Currently we offer subscriptions for products in our Every Day Collection.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship throughout the U.S., including to Alaska, Hawaii.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous U.S.
  • Do you offer rush shipping options?
    We offer UPS 2-Day for contiguous domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination and package weight. While we try to prioritize orders with expedited shipping options in our shipping queue, we can't guarantee that our team will be able to, and ask that you apply our 2-5 business day window for processing to plan accordingly. Orders placed with UPS 2-Day will arrive within two business days once shipped from our fulfillment location. Please note: orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday. This is our carrier's shipping policy, and once a package is shipped from our fulfillment location, delivery is unfortunately out of our hands.   • How long will it take to get my order?
    Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. AK, HI, and outlying territories may take longer. Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
  • What if my tracking info doesn't show any updates?
    An order's tracking status may take 72 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 72 hours, please reach out.
  • Can I return or exchange my Rainbow Soul product?
    We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, always! If you’re unsatisfied with your Rainbow Soul product, please contact our Customer Care team at info@rainbowsoulcandleco.com and we’ll help get the process started. All returns must be processed within 60 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Rainbow Soul order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc). If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP. Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, gift cards, or third party products.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to Rainbow Soul fulfillment location in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken. Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days. Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, gift cards, or third party products.
  • Do you offer store credit?
    If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund or exchange, let us know and we’d be happy to help. Store credit is issued as a gift card in the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees.

  • What's so special about Rainbow Soul Candle Co.?
    We are a small, Black, Lesbian-owned business who developed a passion for creating high-quality products that are sustainable and budget-friendly. We carefully choose our fragrances and offer an assortment of products to enhance your atmosphere.
  • What if a product I want is not online or is marked as sold out?
    If a product is marked as sold out, we will restock shortly. From the product page, click 'Notify Me When this is Back in Stock' to sign up to be notified via email when the product is available again. Our soy products do require a cure time for maximum fragrance throw.
  • What ingedients do you use?
    We use 100% American - sourced soy wax and vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free, synthetic fragrances that are never tested on animals. Each product page has a complete list of ingredients. Our candles and wax melts are made with 100% American-grown soy wax, cotton core wicks, and a blend of premium fragrance oils consisting of natural and man-made materials.
  • Why do you use synthetic fragrances?
    We use a premium blend of man-made and natural fragrances for our Every Day Collection, as they allow us to offer our products at accessible price points and are often more sustainable than essential fragrances.
  • How fragrant are your products?
    Our products are created to ignite your soul. Some scents are stronger than others, but we strive to deliver the same experience with each lighting. To ensure your space is well-scented, we suggest using each product in the appropriately-sized space. Small Spaces: 6 oz Every Day candles or wax melts for a strong, more contained scent throw and Aromatic Mists for a quick refresher. Medium Spaces: 6 oz and 9 oz Every Day candles, wax melts, and Aromatic Mists for a quick refresher. Large Spaces: We suggest burning two or more 6 oz or 9 oz candles at a time in larger spaces.
  • What's the best way to care for your products?

  • Can your containers be recycled?
    Absolutely! Once empty and cleaned, out vessels can be repurposed any way you see fit.
