cancellations
We work with a logistics partner to fulfill your online orders, which means we will try our best to cancel or make changes to your order, however there is no guarantee. All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) will receive a refund back to their method of purchase. Please see our Refund policy. Any cancellations made after 3 days will be handled as an Exchange/Return request.

exchanges & Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please include photos of the original packaging, the damage, and a detailed description in your email. We'll get started on your replacement order within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return purchased items back to Rainbow Soul Candle Co. Carefully packed in the original packaging as we are unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken. Once we receive your item, and after inspection, we will notify you and include the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or award store credit. You will receive a refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial institution policies.

Please double-check your order before completing purchase. Refunds are applied to the returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business we are unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3 - 10 business days.
